Activities & Events
The MOMS Club® of Mount Laurel holds a monthly general meeting for our members and has a variety of activities and events throughout the month. Our general meetings feature something different each month: demonstrations from local businesses, guest speakers who provide important information for moms and families, or special children's activities such as a field day, teddy bear picnic, or ice cream party!
Our playgroups are kept small with children of the same age group. We also have a monthly open playgroup for kids of all ages!
Story & Music Time
The children listen to a story and then have lots of fun singing, dancing, and playing instruments to some classic toddler & preschool tunes!
Craft Play Date
Children make a cute craft and then enjoy some play time. Each month has a new theme, usually based on the current season or holiday(s) during that month.
With a different theme each month, moms prepare a dish and sample others. Share your favorite recipe and pick up a few new recipes in the process!
Enjoy a cup of coffee and chat with other moms while the kids enjoy some play time.
MOMS Night Out
Once a month, Moms get together for a well-deserved night out! Have fun and relax while bowling, at paint night, or at a local restaurant/bar.
Pack up the car -- it's time for a field trip! Field trips can be to fun local places or small day trips.
Park / Mall Walk
Get some exercise while talking with other moms and walking at local parks or malls.
Moms and kids take a break from the summer heat and cool off in the pool.
Breakfast & Lunch Bunch
Go out to eat without having the loudest kid in the restaurant! Bring the kids and let the whole table chat while enjoying a meal with friends.
Celebrate with us at our annual Halloween Party, Holiday Party, and Spring Egg Hunt!
Twice a year, participants are randomly assigned another mom who will be her "secret sister". Secret sisters offer support to other moms by doing little things to brighten their day - a card, little gift, flowers, etc. It is the thought that counts and it is great fun to continue to surprise her!
